Ibis Public Sector is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC) Production Team in an initiative focused on leveraging AI and automation to enhance consistency, quality, and compliance across content production and knowledge management processes. This role will help define, implement, and optimize solutions that ensure content accuracy, adherence to internal standards, and improved efficiency in information sharing and publication workflows.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000-$93,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.

What You’ll Do
- Define, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, processes, and system integrations that align with organizational goals.
- Support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering through deployment, testing, and validation.
- Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent execution, transparency, and scalability of automated processes.
- Partner with technical and analytical teams to design and integrate AI/automation tools that:
- Help team members follow JCDS’s established protocols, workflows, and quality standards.
- Validate that cybersecurity guidance, alerts, and external publications meet internal review and compliance requirements.
- Review and analyze historical cybersecurity content to identify outdated, redundant, or missing materials and recommend updates or considerations.
- Surface trends and insights from existing reporting to inform future publication priorities and strategic messaging.
- Evaluate and recommend digital tools, automation platforms, and content management solutions to enhance collaboration, workflow efficiency, and information accessibility.
- Monitor and assess AI-driven processes to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with evolving mission objectives.
Who You Are
- Active DHS Top Secret Clearance required.
- Ability to be physically present for sensitive meetings in the National Capital Region (NCR).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting AI/automation, content management, or process optimization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of requirements gathering, business process mapping, and documentation within structured development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Familiarity with digital collaboration platforms, knowledge management systems, and automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex needs into actionable requirements.
- Prior experience supporting Federal, DoD, or national security programs, preferably within cybersecurity or information management domains.
