Ibis Public Sector is seeking an Account Lead to build relationships with our public sector customers while successfully implementing and delivering the Qualtrics solutions. As part of the role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams to develop and implement solutions that meet customers’ technical and strategic goals. You will also provide ongoing support and guidance during the day-to-day implementation of customer accounts.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $118,500. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
What You’ll Do
- You will present Ibis Public Sector’s overall business value and Qualtrics product capabilities to prospective and active clients, connecting our technology, consulting expertise, and services to their specific needs and challenges.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor, helping K-12 organizations understand how Qualtrics and related solutions can improve engagement experience outcomes across students, families, educators, and the broader school community.
- Identify, develop, and execute an account strategies to generate new business opportunities and, expand existing relationships, and grow revenue across Ibis’ portfolio.
- Engage with clients throughout the full sales cycle – from prospective and discovery conversations through product demonstrations, on-site solution presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
- Bring a strong understanding of the K-12 education environment to client conversations, while applying consultative approaches to support education investments into measurable outcomes.
- Partner with clients and internal delivery teams to translate client goals and requirements into practical Qualtrics solutions, helping define program scope, workflows, and implementation priorities.
- Manage client implementation and delivery activites, including client working sessions, solutioning, testing, training, knowledge transfer, and other activities that support successful adoption of Qualtrics.
- Balance business development responsibilities with hands-on client delivery, serving as a central point of contact throughout the client engagement to ensure successful execution and adoption, while continuing to build the pipeline and provide reliable forecasts.
Who You Are
- You are results-driven, client-focused, technologically savvy professional who can translate technology and consulting solutions into clear value for clients.
- You bring a consultative approach to business development and client engagement and are comfortable serving both as a trusted advisor and active contributor to client delivery.
- You have proficient experience working with Qualtrics, survey, research, analytics, and can speak credibly to both the technology and the business outcomes it enables.
- You bring experience advising or consulting with education organizations, ideally within the K-12 space, and understand the unique challenges, stakeholders, and decision-making environments within education.
- You have demonstrated experience working across both business development and client delivery, with an ability to build relationships and generate opportunities while also contributing meaningfully to implementation and ongoing client engagements.
- You establish relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders and are comfortable engaging with decision-makers across complex organizations.
- You are collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable navigating complex client technical needs while building strong internal and external partnerships.
- You are able to travel 20% of the time, including travel for client meetings, presentations, industry events, and other in-person engagements.
- You are eager to deepen your Qualtrics expertise and willing to pursue additional Qualtrics certifications and training after joining the team. You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
