Ibis Public Sector is seeking an Analytics Developer to design, develop, and optimize data pipelines that support critical analytical and operational missions. This role requires strong technical expertise, teamwork, and an understanding of cybersecurity to ensure data solutions are secure, efficient, and scalable.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, build, and optimize data pipelines using SQL and Apache Spark.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
  • Ensure data solutions follow best practices in performance, scalability, and security.
  • Contribute to the development of analytical tools, dashboards, or models as needed.
  • Support troubleshooting and improvement of existing data processes and infrastructure.
  • Maintain documentation for data workflows, transformations, and system logic.

Who You Are
  • Active DHS Top Secret Clearance required.
  • Ability to be physically present for sensitive meetings in the National Capital Region (NCR). Strong experience with SQL and Apache Spark.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working collaboratively with diverse technical and non-technical teams.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles or experience working with cybersecurity-related data.
  • Nice to have: Experience building and delivering solutions within the federal space or supporting government clients.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000-$120,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
