Ibis Public Sector is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Join Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC) Production Team in the transformation from a legacy SharePoint environment to ServiceNow. This role will act as a bridge between business users and technical developers, ensuring the new system is intuitive, efficient, and aligned with evolving operational and organizational needs.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with stakeholders, including CISA IT and JCDC teams, to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into actionable specifications for development and implementation within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure accurate configuration, functionality, and user experience during system build and rollout.
  • Follow the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering through design, testing, deployment, and validation.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback sessions to validate requirements, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements.
  • Support change management and user adoption activities to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.
  • Evaluate and recommend digital tools and mediums to improve collaboration, workflow efficiency, and information accessibility across the team.
  • Document workflows, use cases, and system integrations to support transparency and long-term sustainability of the platform.

Who You Are
  • Active DHS Top Secret Clearance required.
  • Ability to be physically present for sensitive meetings in the National Capital Region (NCR).
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting enterprise system transitions or implementations, preferably with ServiceNow or similar workflow platforms.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, ServiceNow, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business processes into technical requirements and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Prior experience supporting Federal, DoD, or cybersecurity-focused environments preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000-$93,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
